My husband and I were very impressed with not just the quality of service but also the professional manner in which the emergency services were handled. Your emergency services were prompt, paper work was taken care of and safety was a priority. There were things that you paid very close attention to that make your service unbeatable.

Here is a list of a few of the little things:

1. promptly returning phone calls

2. around the clock service

3. putting on shoe covers before entering

4. laying cloth down on my hardwood floors to protect them

5. turning lights off when leaving the room

6. making sure that extension cords were out of walkway

7. putting plug protectors back when finished using outlet

8. believing in the saying “many hands makes light work”

9. leaving posted signs that explain the process and dangers
