I think there are three good things that a customer should look for in selecting a restoration contractor. The first is training and certification. Secondly is do they have up to date residential and commercial building drying equipment. And third -desire. Desire to do the right thing. To put the health and well being of the customer first! To ensure that steps are taken to educate and communicate with the customer in easy to understand terms. Remember we aren't just drying structure and contents, we are restoring peoples homes or place of business. We can make a difference in SE Michigan!
